Role Overview: As a vital member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and refining promotional marketing initiatives. This includes in-store displays, FSIs, dFSIs, Shelf Talk, review generation, and sampling, ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategies and objectives. Your focus will be on continuous enhancement across these areas, identifying opportunities to boost sales across various trade classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating short- and medium-term brand strategies for Benefiber.
- Support Social Connected Commerce initiatives to guide consumers through the purchasing journey.
- Evaluate performance metrics and pinpoint factors influencing business outcomes to enhance marketing effectiveness and consumption growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve superior forecasting.
- Devise strategies and tactics, leading the execution of national brand initiatives, including consumer promotions, social media engagement, digital ecosystem management, and shopper programs aimed at retail consumer engagement.
- Oversee and update all packaging graphic designs.
- Contribute to the development of e-commerce strategies in alignment with brand objectives.
- Facilitate the execution of a robust innovation pipeline.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or pharmaceuticals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- Proven analytical skills to interpret and report data for informed business decisions.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Background in revenue growth management, route-to-market planning, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, profit and loss analysis, brand/package contribution, brand portfolio management, and packaging changes.
- Project management experience.
- Digital marketing expertise.
- Experience in commercialization and new product launches.
