  • Become a Subject Matter Expert: Develop expertise in state and local government operations and gain technical proficiency in ArcGIS. Communicate effectively with clients regarding Esri technologies and anticipate their requirements.
  • Address Challenges: Proactively suggest solutions that illustrate how GIS can enhance business value for clients. Formulate and execute strategies that align Esri technology with their organizational objectives.
  • Share Our Narrative: Conduct technical presentations of proposed solutions to clients, design impactful presentations, and disseminate best practices related to Esri technology.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Esri technology
  • At least 1 year of experience in state or local government
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS in an IT framework
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture
  • Understanding of geodatabases and cloud computing principles
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in geography, computer science, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment
  • Experience in integrating software solutions with other business systems
  • Familiarity with real-time information streams and IT infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Programming skills in Python and JavaScript
