As a Human Resources Co-Op, you will engage in a variety of HR activities, collaborating with experienced professionals in the field. Your contributions will be pivotal in areas such as onboarding, talent acquisition, employee benefits, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) initiatives. You will also gain valuable insights into the Learning & Development sector, assisting with employee training programs and the creation of educational materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HRIS projects and conduct data audits
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests
  • Facilitate recruitment processes
  • Support new employee orientation
  • Help organize and execute team-building events
  • Contribute to the development of training resources
  • Assist in the administration and upkeep of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support logistical arrangements for training sessions and events
  • Help with employee training registration
  • Shadow recruiters and aid in scheduling interviews
  • Revise and update job descriptions

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 Years' Experience
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality
