We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Commercial Office Coordinator to join our team at Real Estate Advisors in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a key member of our commercial real estate brokerage, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating transactions, marketing, light bookkeeping, interacting with clients/vendors/brokers, driving errands, and providing year-end reporting. This is a dynamic role that requires wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to Albuquerque may be required for work and/or training.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in business-related fields such as real estate, administration, finance, insurance, title work, and/or law. A New Mexico real estate license is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
