Northern New Mexico Business Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Northern New Mexico Business Operations Lead to join our team at Tai Bixby, a leading commercial brokerage in Santa Fe, NM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, managing calendars, coordinating deal flow, and overseeing office systems.
This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to engage fully in the commercial real estate market in Northern New Mexico. You will wear multiple hats and work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally traveling to Albuquerque for work or training.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in business-related fields such as real estate, administration, finance, insurance, title work, and/or law. A New Mexico real estate license is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to obtain an Associate Broker License within a reasonable timeframe.
