Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to officials, including composing correspondence, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, make decisions, and analyze records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose correspondence for approval and signature
  • Maintain staff and departmental calendars
  • Coordinate meetings between staff and the public
  • Arrange travel arrangements for staff and County officials
  • Process forms and documents manually and in computer systems
  • Collect money and balance cash drawers
  • Enter data and maintain databases

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years of experience in a business environment
  • Relevant education may be substituted for experience at a rate of 30 semester hours equal to one year of experience

Estimated Salary: $43,000 - $56,000 per annum
