Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to assist our sales team in Palm Coast, FL. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for staffing the sales office, providing exceptional customer service, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities
  • Staff the sales office location and provide exceptional customer service to visitors
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Greet office visitors and clients as they walk into the office
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and marketing efforts
Requirements
  • High School diploma required, some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional role
  • Extreme attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Experience with MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Real estate license a plus, but not required
