We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Lehigh Acres, FL. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff the sales office location and provide exceptional customer service to visitors.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Greet office visitors and clients as they enter the office.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media and event planning.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required, some college preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional role.
  • Extreme attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Experience with MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Real estate license a plus.
