Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled New Home Sales Associate to join our nationwide team. As a New Home Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in educating customers and setting essential expectations for a successful new home build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the home building/buying journey
  • Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers
  • Participate in recurring sales training and collaborate with the local sales team to meet sales goals
  • Manage model home and sales office, maintaining a high level of appearance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/service/professional business role
  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (MS Office Suite)
  • A real estate license is not required to start, but it is required to be obtained during training
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
