Senior Client Partner-SLED Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partner-SLED Sales to join our team at Verizon. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Public Sector - SLED customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate industry, business, and customer trends within government and education accounts to build strategic plans that drive sales.
- Develop deep relationships with customers and understand their businesses, markets, and challenges.
- Craft creative solutions to help customers achieve their goals.
- Sell services and data center solutions to help customers connect better and become more efficient.
- Create winning outcomes for both Verizon and our customers.
- Demonstrate value to customers to ensure they choose our solution.
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in account development and leadership.
- Experience in selling network and data center solutions like cloud computing, security, and call center solutions, and CPE offerings.
- Ability to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.
- Experience in developing large multinational and Fortune 500 account relationships.
- Good communication skills to effectively position new ideas.
- Experience in persuading and negotiating to create desired outcomes.
- Experience in balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in selling to government and education verticals.
