Job DescriptionAs a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new sales leads, and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales leads
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field
- Highly organized with good follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HVAC sales is preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions to clients
