As a Fitness Center Monitor at Johnson County Community College, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patrons in the Fitness Center. Your responsibilities will include checking patrons in, answering general questions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Check patrons into the Fitness Center system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized Fitness Center, including cleaning equipment, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating guest account information and processing payments.
- Collaborate with other Fitness Center staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
