Job Title: Financial Account Representative - Spanish Speaker

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, including receiving and processing invoices and related documentation per procedural and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to financial clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Regularly update account information to maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their financial obligations.
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure that procedures are in place and followed to minimize risk, protecting the company and its clients from potential financial losses.
  • Manage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Answer product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services that may be of interest to customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and technical skills, with the ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in the financial industry a plus, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in Spanish and English are a must, with the ability to speak, read and write both languages.
