Safety and Compliance Manager Role with Industry Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team at an industry leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving safety, compliance, and process improvement throughout our facility.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain safety systems, policies, and procedures for our site.
- Collaborate with other functional departments to enhance employee engagement and reduce at-risk behaviors.
- Manage the engagement to improve KPIs related to safety improvement.
- Perform risk assessments on operations and work with employees on risk reduction.
- Lead root cause analyses on near-misses and action items arising from JSOs.
- Maintain all required documentation internally and externally, reporting on time.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are installed and maintained in compliance with all applicable regulatory, site, and corporate requirements.
- Ensure that all EHS reporting is completed timely and accurately.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in the EHS field.

What We Offer:

- $130,000 - $180,000 per year depending on experience.
