Position Overview

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000

Douglas Brooke Homes has been recognized as a rapidly expanding entity, ranking 278th overall and 10th in the construction sector nationally. We are a prominent player in the residential building market within Southwest Florida. We are currently in search of a Residential Renovation Supervisor to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and direct subcontractors for each renovation project.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess and document the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections for each stage of the renovation process.
  • Procure materials necessary for each project.
  • Ensure adherence to budget and timelines by monitoring expenses, identifying variances, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Uphold a safe, organized, and healthy work environment by enforcing established standards and procedures.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints effectively.
  • Oversee and manage the construction team.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and process substantial amounts of information swiftly.
