Key Responsibilities
- Maintain managerial oversight for the front desk department, ensuring seamless operations and excellent member service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention, working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our brand values and ensuring that all team members adhere to our high standards.
- Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, providing a positive and supportive experience for all.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive financial performance, ensuring the club meets its targets and exceeds member expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a consumer-facing service-oriented environment, with a proven track record of success in leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, members, and external partners.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the fitness industry and the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
