Software Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of agents within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to achieve sales and collection goals
- Conduct regular business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales and collection activity to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
