We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy services for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services.
- Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy.
- Collaborate with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets.

Soar Autism Center is creating a network of interdisciplinary clinics dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive. Our services include naturalistic therapy (Early Start Denver Model), speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, and diagnostic services, all designed to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to care.
