Store Leader

As a Store Leader at Speedway, you will be responsible for providing customer service leadership and direction to ensure a positive customer experience. You will train, schedule, and coach store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to handle customer service needs. Additionally, you will ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.

Requirements:
- Valid New York State Driver's License.
- Open availability - 24/7, 365, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.

- Immediate eligibility and vesting for a 401k plan with a company match of $1.17 per dollar up to 6% of annual salary begin upon enrollment.
- Monthly bonus/incentive potential.
- Guaranteed 50 hours in the training phase (paid hourly). Once Training is complete (8-10 weeks), the position becomes salary, starting at $58,458.40 ($21.50 per hour), not including Bonuses.
