Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in overseeing new business growth originating from the Commercial Banking sales channel.

The incumbent will lead and mentor a team of Commercial Bank Leasing Specialists to stimulate new business opportunities from the bank's Commercial Bankers, which includes prospecting, strategic development, and comprehensive sales deployment to the bank's clientele and prospects.

Additionally, the incumbent will be tasked with direct new business development objectives within the bank's Commercial channel.

Primary Responsibilities:


Directs sales efforts in the Equipment Financing Commercial Bank unit that generates transactions through Commercial Bankers, commercial clients, prospects, and influential networks.

Educates, trains, and supports Commercial Bank Leasing Specialists on effective engagement strategies with bank Commercial Bankers to deliver the equipment finance solutions to bank customers and prospects.

Engages with assigned Commercial Bankers, commercial clients, and influential networks to enhance their equipment finance portfolio.
Provides training and sales assistance to commercial bankers and influential networks regarding the advantages of lease products.

Meets directly with bank customers and prospects to support Commercial Bankers in presenting the equipment finance solutions and closing lease transactions.

Fosters the development of sales expertise, product knowledge, and professional advancement of Commercial Bank Leasing Specialists.
Oversees team performance to consistently achieve the objectives outlined in the company's strategic plan.

Reviews sales outcomes and strategic goals with the Equipment Finance President to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing the Equipment Finance product offerings.

Performs additional related duties and projects as assigned.
