Position Overview

As a Commercial Leasing Sales Specialist at E V Bishoff Company, you will play a pivotal role in managing our property leasing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing available office spaces, developing lease proposals, securing new tenants, and overseeing the management, renewal, and expansion of existing tenant leases.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to $110,000.00, inclusive of performance-based bonuses.

Work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, ensuring a work-life balance with no weekend commitments.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Commercial Leasing Sales, demonstrate the ability to work independently, and be highly motivated by goals and financial incentives. Please note that this role is not related to property management.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.

Demonstrated success in sales is essential.

Proficiency in computer applications, including email and video conferencing tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Adept at building rapport quickly with potential clients.

Effective time management, scheduling, and calendar management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely follow-up on leads provided by the Corporate Marketing Department to arrange property showings and finalize lease agreements.
