Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Program/Project Manager to join our team and support the development of NC3 Capability Architecture, Capability Requirements, and Capability Program Plan (CPP). The successful candidate will have a strong background in Communications and Information Services (CIS) and at least 5 years of experience in project design and/or implementation, as well as 5 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define technical evaluation criteria and metrics to assess project proposals objectively.
  2. Identify potential technical risks associated with the proposed project. Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies to address technical challenges.
