As a Communications Specialist for the NC3 program, you will be responsible for providing infrastructure project design and implementation support to NATO's Nuclear Consultation Command & Control (NC3) program. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise in performing Communications and Information Services (CIS) in support of a major infrastructure program/project.

About the Role:
You will work closely with the NC3 Program Director, Project Coordinators and Host Nation/Territorial Host Nations to assess technical resources required for successful project execution. As a technical subject matter expert, you will serve as an advisor to project teams and proposal development teams, providing technical guidance and recommendations to enhance the quality of project proposals.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly experienced program/project manager with at least 5 years of experience in CIS project design and/or implementation, as well as 5 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management. A certified qualification in Program and Project Management (Axelos or similar methodologies) is also required. Additionally, we require a Bachelor's degree (desirable Master's degree) in Science or Engineering (Electronic/System/Engineering Telecommunication) or related technical discipline. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
