Cybersecurity Exit Risk Program Manager

Capital One is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Cybersecurity Exit Risk Program, focusing on mitigating insider threats and ensuring a secure environment.

The program aims to monitor, detect, and analyze departing associates to prevent potential risks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project or program management, cybersecurity, and information technology, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain plans and documentation for the XRM program, working closely with the IT&TI Program Team and leadership.
  • Monitor and enhance XRM program controls and processes for improved monitoring and access controls.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams, including IT&TI, HR, Corporate Investigations, Legal, and others.
  • Drive program-level planning, support, and directional guidance to achieve the objectives of the Exit Risk Mitigation (XRM) program.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology are necessary.
  • At least 2 years of experience with project or program management are required.
  • Experience analyzing information and data, documenting findings, and communicating outcomes is essential.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
