Promotional Products Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at American Carnival Mart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate custom imprint solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the project management and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the promotional products industry.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the custom imprint or promotional products industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems - NetSuite Preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Full-time position based at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Working remotely possible on a case-by-case basis.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate client schedules and networking events.
- Ability to manage a large volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
