Job Title: Promotional Products Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at American Carnival Mart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and a thorough understanding of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate custom imprint solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project management and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in the promotional products industry.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the custom imprint or promotional products industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems - NetSuite Preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Requirements:
  • Full-time position based at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Working remotely possible on a case-by-case basis.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to accommodate client schedules and networking events.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
