About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Dal-Tile. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing market share and sales in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities
  • Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct regular sales calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products and services.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
