Retail Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for servicing the daily operations of the AEG Pro Shop Ecommerce Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner, taking orders and assisting with inquiries.
  • Make customer courtesy calls through callbacks or referrals.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the Green Bay Packers and other Lambeau Field businesses, as well as current events of the organization.
  • Perform other duties such as checking in new merchandise, picking and packing orders during slow periods.
  • Process gift notes, scan pick sheets, fulfill gift cards, and other duties as assigned.
  • Assist managers and supervisors with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work home game weekends and special events is required.
  • Position requires flexibility in scheduling, with a minimum of 3 days per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Learn to use Magento and NCR CounterPoint operating systems.
  • Be comfortable using designated computer applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Interact easily with customers and work within time limitations during busy periods.
  • Have good communication and organizational skills, as well as legible handwriting.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve Pro Shop goals.
  • Hours may range from 7:45am to 8:00pm, but may vary due to the Packers game schedule.
