Retail Call Center Associate

Position Overview:

This role is integral to the daily functions of the Packers Corporation Ecommerce Division, focusing on customer engagement and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Professionally handle incoming calls at the Call Service Center, assisting customers with their inquiries and processing orders.
  2. Conduct follow-up courtesy calls to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Packers Corporation and its associated businesses, as well as stay informed about relevant organizational updates.
  4. Assist with the reception of new merchandise and support order fulfillment during peak times.
  5. Manage gift notes, pick sheets, and gift card processing, along with other assigned tasks.
  6. Collaborate with management on special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Availability for home game weekends and special events is essential. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with a minimum commitment of three days per week, including evenings and weekends. Hours may vary between 8 to 35 hours based on individual availability and business needs.

Familiarity with Magento and NCR CounterPoint systems is beneficial. Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel is expected.

Strong customer interaction skills, effective communication, and organizational abilities are necessary, along with legible handwriting.

Team collaboration is crucial to achieving the goals of the Ecommerce Division.

Work hours will generally range from early morning to evening, subject to the Packers game schedule.

Supervision: This position reports to the Pro Shop Manager, Assistant Managers, Coordinators, and Supervisors.
