Family Intervention Specialist

At Youth Villages, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing intensive home-based therapy to families with at-risk youth.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized therapy sessions to families in their homes, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting positive change.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and counselors, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
- Conduct regular supervision meetings to ensure the highest level of care and support for families.
- Document all interactions and progress with families in a timely and accurate manner.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
- At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth and their families, preferably in a home-based therapy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to family sessions.
