- Collaborate with other Managers and Team Leads to enhance team performance and drive business growth.
- Evaluate team procedures and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Review performance reports and suggest strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and develop high-performing teams.
