Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery, ensuring all tableware, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Assist in the cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and dining spaces, which includes sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash bins and adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Support the team by restocking supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure prompt and efficient service to patrons.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
