As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales, profit, and service objectives while adhering to key Omni-channel strategies and performance metrics.

Results-Oriented Approach
As a Team Lead, you will master all Omni-channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside services.

You will oversee and organize daily and weekly tasks to meet store sales targets and enhance customer engagement.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Team Leader with onboarding and training new team members.

You will provide ongoing direction and coaching to store associates.

Supporting the Store Team Leader in holding team members accountable to performance expectations is essential.


Team Leads are expected to work a flexible schedule that meets customer and business needs, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.


Creating an environment that promotes team engagement and retention will be a key focus of your role.


Physical Requirements
Daily tasks may require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities include cleaning, store recovery, setting up plan-o-grams, and maintaining endcap displays.

Climbing ladders to restock and retrieve merchandise for customers is necessary.

Processing transactions at the register is part of the role.

Utilizing our helium system to fulfill customer orders is also required.
