Your Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager at MDisrupt, you will represent the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring our products provide an exceptional experience. You will work closely with engineering, commercial, and customer success teams to realize the product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and drive successful product launches. Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Formulate comprehensive product specifications with a strong emphasis on B2B strategy, aligning with MDisrupt's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to market introduction and commercialization, ensuring ongoing enhancement post-launch.
  • Assist in refining product visions that inspire and engage stakeholders in the B2B health technology sector.

Customer Engagement:

  • Act as the voice of the customer, thoroughly understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Conduct user research and collect feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Transform customer insights into innovative product features and improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Support go-to-market strategies and planning, including marketing plans, collateral, launch materials, and training.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to bring product concepts to fruition.
  • Assist agile teams, acting as the Product Owner, to deliver high-quality products punctually.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Market & Data Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: You possess over 5 years of software product management experience, ideally within a startup environment with fewer than 100 employees. Experience in healthcare is advantageous. You can hit the ground running.
  • Customer-Centric: You are dedicated to understanding and addressing customer challenges.
  • Innovative: You think creatively and consistently seek out novel solutions.
  • Collaborative: You excel in a team setting and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical: You are data-driven and capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Agile: You are familiar with agile methodologies, B2B product development, and can manage a product backlog with ease.
  • Communicative: You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex ideas simply in both written and spoken formats.
  • Design-Savvy: You have a solid background in designing SaaS solutions for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Delivery-Focused: You have experience managing multiple product deliveries from development to production, including both legacy and new products.
