Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in Coral Gables. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our clients' tax compliance and planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their after-tax income.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that our clients are in compliance with all relevant tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of tax services to our clients.
Requirements:
  • CPA license and a Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or a Master's degree in Tax.
  • 10+ years of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CCH Tax software, Excel, and QuickBooks, and/or RIA Checkpoint.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills, with the ability to foster a culture of tax compliance and awareness throughout the organization.
