Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing documents, conducting research, and coordinating closings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including entity databases and transaction files.

• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.

• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in real estate law.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in a real estate law firm or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of real estate law and terminology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $75,000 - $100,000 per year.
