Job Description
The VP, Enterprise Success will operate as an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Strategy. Their primary responsibility will be to engage directly with customers to deeply understand their challenges and goals, facilitating successful implementation of EliseAI across their real estate portfolios.

A key aspect of this role is taking ownership of customer success outcomes, including onboarding, product adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction. The VP will work strategically with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute comprehensive account plans, conducting analysis of performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

This position requires the ability to identify potential churn risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, leveraging insights to improve customer experiences. A deep understanding of customer success metrics and the ability to link these to business outcomes is essential for success in this role.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in scaling customer success functions within a SaaS company with 9 figures of revenue.
