About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Care Representative to join our team at the Oregon Humane Society's Community Veterinary Hospital. As a member of our medical services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to client inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of client information, appointment scheduling, and payment collection.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OHS standards and protocols.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a veterinary setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and animal welfare principles.

Salary Range: $21.15-$22.24 Hourly.
