Job Title: Credit Review Executive

At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Credit Review Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our credit lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop an execution framework to support Credit coverage across Credit Risk Audit and Credit Review organizations.
  • Manage a team responsible for coordinating support for complex, cross-functional projects to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Escalate key issues/emerging risks and maintain an open dialogue with business partners, executive management, and regulators.
  • Manage the execution framework, including related policies and procedures, and review/approve documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years in Credit/Credit Risk role or have a similar background.
  • Underwriting experience in Financial Institutions.
  • Strong understanding of process evolution, technology, and control infrastructure.
  • Sound organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure.
  • Ability to successfully communicate to influence management and lead change on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Professional certification preferred (e.g. CPA, CIA, CFA, RPM).
