**Responsibilities**

  • Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans to meet their respiratory health requirements.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and communicating with healthcare teams.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote health literacy and self-management of respiratory conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in respiratory care.

**Requirements**

  • Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Preferred: 1 year of hospital experience and ACLS certification.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Successful completion of hospital and departmental orientation.
