Key Responsibilities

  • Interviewing and Hiring Field Superintendents: Identify and hire top talent to lead our field teams.
  • Actively Manage Field Team Members: Oversee the daily activities of approximately 50 field team members, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  • Ensure Company Policies are Being Followed: Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of performance and compliance.
  • Support Field Team Coaching, Support, and Disciplinary Actions: Provide guidance and support to field team members, as well as implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Create and Distribute Reviews/Feedback for Field Team Members: Develop and implement a review and feedback process to help field team members grow and improve.
  • Support Field Team Use of Technology: Troubleshoot and provide technical support to field team members to ensure they are using technology effectively.
  • Ensure Field Team Members are Following Safety Practices: Ensure that field team members are adhering to industry-standard and PowerHouse minimum safety practices.
  • Act as Liaison between Field Team Members and Project Teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration between field team members and project teams.
  • Periodically Travel to Ensure Field Team Compliance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure field team members are complying with company policies and procedures.

This is a Hybrid Role
