Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and coordinating meetings.
  • Enter quotes, opportunities, and updates into our CRM system.
  • Manage sales orders from receipt through completion, including order acknowledgments and delivery notifications.
  • Assist in the purchasing process for distributed goods, including determining quantities and verifying vendor invoices.
  • Compile reports and gather necessary information to support the sales team.
  • Coordinate trade shows, manage logistics, and arrange travel arrangements for the sales department.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in customer service and sales within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in coordinating travel and organizing events is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
