Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, donors, and team members
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
