Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property meets the client's operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance the value of the property, managing staff and resources to achieve optimal results.
  • Supervise on-site staff, including Assistant Community Directors, Resident Services Coordinators, and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including advertising and promotions.
  • Manage revenue streams, including lease expirations, rent collections, and delinquency management.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies, Fair Housing Laws, and FPI Management's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the FPI Management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably with affordable housing programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Proficient in property management software, including Yardi, Weblisters, and RealPage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
