Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Advisor in the Retail sector, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their travel money needs. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work approximately 16 hours per week.

Job Type:
Permanent, Part Time

Compensation:
£12.50 per hour plus potential earnings of up to 7.5% of your base salary based on performance.

Working Hours:
This role requires flexibility, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday. Your specific schedule will be communicated through a monthly or weekly rota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs, customizing their experience accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on Travelex products and services.
  • Efficiently process foreign exchange transactions while ensuring accuracy.
  • Meet performance goals related to operational procedures and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle daily online foreign exchange requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
  • Adhere to legal and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Strong numerical skills, comfortable handling cash and currency conversions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a natural talent for engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
  • A genuine desire to succeed and make a positive impact in your role.

Interview Process:
Your application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team, who will reach out if your experience aligns with our requirements. The interview process includes an initial screening call, followed by an online interview to discuss the role in more detail. Candidates will also complete a numerical accuracy test as part of the selection process. Successful candidates will be invited for an in-person visit to our bureau to learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities.
