Job Title: Project Manager

EPS Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering License.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
