Job Overview

EmpiRx Health is a leading pharmacy benefits management company that prioritizes member care and health outcomes. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Oversee call center operations, including performance monitoring, escalated calls, and process adherence.
  • Train and mentor a team of Customer Service representatives to ensure their professional development and maximize performance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • PBM experience.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
