As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in steering our cloud architecture and defining the strategic vision for our enterprise cloud landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the enterprise cloud strategy, encompassing technology standards, cloud product utilization, and deployment methodologies across various technology domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in large-scale cloud migrations and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Expertise in designing public cloud services for enterprise use.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence through education and information sharing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in migrating legacy systems to cloud environments is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise architecture components and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cloud service offerings and deployment architectures, including cloud-ready applications and container orchestration.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise leaders to identify current and future business needs.
• Experience in leading and driving organizational change within large enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale development teams, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Compensation:
The annualized base pay range for this role is $180,000 - $270,000, based on an analysis of similar positions in the market. Actual compensation may vary based on performance and proficiency. This role also includes a comprehensive benefits package that encompasses bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition programs.
