Job Summary:

The Cloud Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, integration, management, and implementation of technology across all Nuvance Health hospitals and affiliates as it pertains to cloud computing. This leadership role will provide planning, analysis, reporting, standards, policy, and staff development for those supervised.

Key Responsibilities:

Set strategy, tactics, and roadmaps across areas of oversight.
Leverage data to understand risk, impact, scope, and priorities of business objectives, and enable the team to drive results.
Collaborate with Sr. Leadership to ensure cross-Nuvance Health alignment and support for the Cloud Migration strategy and vision.
Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve long-term objectives of effective leveraging of information technology to meet key business objectives as it relates to cloud enablement.
Responsible for personnel management, including interviewing and selection of staff, onboarding and training, counseling, and disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Work with other members of the IT Department to establish long-term technology requirements and standards for cloud-based applications and technologies.
Research the rapidly changing cloud infrastructure and engineering industry and drive alternate solutions.

Requirements:

Certified IT Architect or Equivalent
Understand Cloud Environment
5-7 Years of Experience with Cloud Infrastructure Preferred
Manager Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree Required

Working Conditions:

Some manual skills/motor coordination and finger dexterity
Little or no potential for occupational risk
Medium to Heavy effort. May exert up to 35 lbs. force
Generally pleasant working conditions
