Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Description:

The Cloud Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, integration, management, and implementation of technology across all Nuvance Health hospitals and affiliates as it pertains to cloud computing. This position will be key to the IT leadership team, providing insight and expertise related to areas of responsibility as well as supporting and developing the direction of the IT department's cloud enablement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Set Strategy, Tactics, and Roadmaps: Develop and implement cloud infrastructure strategies, tactics, and roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
  2. Leverage Data to Drive Results: Analyze data to understand risk, impact, scope, and priorities of business objectives, and enable the team to drive results.
  3. Cross-Nuvance Health Alignment: Collaborate with Sr. Leadership to ensure cross-Nuvance Health alignment and support for the Cloud Migration strategy and vision.
  4. Personnel Management: Responsible for personnel management, including interviewing, selecting, onboarding, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Technology Requirements and Standards: Work with other members of the IT Department to establish long-term technology requirements and standards for cloud-based applications and technologies.
  6. Security and Compliance: Maintain a security-first process to ensure guiding cloud security principles and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Customer Support: Provide high-level customer support through proactive management and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Metrics-Guided Approach: Drive operational efficiencies using a metrics-guided approach.
  9. Nuvance Health Values: Maintain and model Nuvance Health values.
Requirements:
  • Certified IT Architect or Equivalent: Required
  • Cloud Environment Understanding: Required
  • 5-7 Years of Experience with Cloud Infrastructure: Preferred
  • Manager Experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required
Working Conditions:

Manual Skills: Some manual skills/motor coordination and finger dexterity

Occupational Risk: Little or no potential for occupational risk

Physical Effort: Medium to Heavy effort, may exert up to 35 lbs. force
