Athletic Trainer Job Opportunity

National Park College is seeking a part-time athletic trainer to cover college athletic events. The ideal candidate will have ATC qualifications and a master's level degree in Athletic Training or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to college athletes
  • Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for athletes
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs
  • Assist with emergency care and management of acute injuries
  • Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with athletes, coaches, and healthcare professionals regarding injury status and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Experience working with college athletes preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • ATC Certification
  • Masters level degree in Athletic Training or related field
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
